Rasheka Walters
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Rasheka’s (She/Her) philosophy is grounded in the belief that lasting mental wellness requires identifying and addressing the root causes of mental health conditions — not simply suppressing symptoms with medication alone. As a Board-Certified Functional Medicine provider, she specializes in evaluating the brain–gut axis, utilizing targeted supplementation, and designing personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that support true healing from the inside out. She practices integrative psychiatry, blending evidence-based psychiatric treatment with functional medicine principles to create individualized care plans that truly fit each patient’s life.
In every appointment, Rasheka takes the time to understand your full picture — your mental health history, physical health, lifestyle, nutrition, stress load, and goals — before building a plan that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
"Her Approach: Holistic. Integrative. Functional Medicine."

Dorene Caldwell

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Dorene is now accepting new clients across the lifespan for both therapy and psychiatric medication management — available in-person and via telehealth.
What makes Dorene truly special goes far beyond her credentials. She brings a warmth and relatability that immediately puts clients at ease. She has a particular gift for connecting with the mature and older adult population — meeting them exactly where they are, at a stage of life that deserves specialized, attentive care from someone who genuinely understands that experience.
We also recognize how deeply meaningful it is that Dorene is an African American woman in psychiatric care. For far too long, Black and Brown communities have faced systemic barriers to mental health treatment — barriers rooted in mistrust, cultural disconnect, and a lack of representation in healthcare spaces. Dorene's presence on our team is not just an asset, it's a statement: you deserve a provider who looks like you, understands your experience, and will advocate fiercely for your healing.
"We are honored to have someone of Dorene's caliber on our team. Her lived experience, warmth, and clinical excellence make her an extraordinary provider. Especially for communities who deserve to feel truly seen and understood in their care."
